These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of honeyshieldcollective.com (the “Site”), operated by Honey Shield Collective LLC (“Honey Shield Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Informational Purpose Only
The Site describes services offered by Honey Shield Collective. Its content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, investigative, insurance, security, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Honey Shield Collective is not law enforcement, legal counsel, or a tactical security authority. Do not act or refrain from acting on the basis of Site content without seeking appropriate professional counsel.
No Engagement Formed
Contacting us, or receiving a response, does not create an engagement. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement executed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed services agreement, that agreement controls with respect to the services it covers.
Confidential Information
Do not send confidential, privileged, or sensitive information through unsolicited email or other unsecured means. Information sent before an engagement is established may not be treated as confidential and may not create any duty on our part.
Permitted Use
You may view and use the Site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to: use the Site in violation of applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security; scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content except as permitted by our published machine-readable directives; introduce malicious code; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents, including text, layout, design, graphics, and marks, are owned by Honey Shield Collective or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. The Honey Shield Collective name and logo are our marks and may not be used without permission.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and access to them is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey Shield Collective disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey Shield Collective and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honey Shield Collective and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
