Effective July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Honey Shield Collective LLC (“Honey Shield Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with honeyshieldcollective.com (the “Site”). Honey Shield Collective provides investigation management, security claims consulting, and operational oversight services to organizations in the live event industry.

Scope

This policy applies to the Site and to inquiries you send to us through the contact details published on it. It does not govern information we process on behalf of a client under a separate services agreement. Where we handle case records, incident documentation, or other materials as part of an engagement, that information is governed by the terms of the applicable client agreement rather than this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. The Site does not include forms or accounts. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, employer, and the details of your inquiry.

Technical information. Our hosting and content delivery providers automatically log standard technical data when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type and version, referring page, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used to operate and secure the Site.

Fonts and third-party resources. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, your IP address and request headers are transmitted to Google. We do not control that processing; see Google’s privacy policy for details.

Cookies. We do not set cookies on the Site and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, to provide and improve our services, to operate and secure the Site, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as follows:

Service providers. To vendors who perform services for us, such as hosting, email, and information technology support, under obligations of confidentiality.

Legal requirements. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Honey Shield Collective, our clients, or others.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the receiving party honoring the commitments in this policy.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations. Retention of client engagement materials is governed by the applicable services agreement.

Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information by unencrypted email.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, to request details about our processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Residents of California and of certain other states have these rights under applicable state privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
